Our
director, Pamela D. Stevenson is a Certified Veterinary Practice
Manager with over two decades of experience including eighteen years of
hands on,
day-to-day practice management. Her
experience includes general, specialty, rehabilitation, mixed and
emergency practices both as a manager and as a consultant. Pam has been
a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association since 1986.
She co-founded the Carolina Veterinary Mangers Association ten years
ago and is a current member of the Vet Partners (formerly AVPMCA).
At
Veterinary Results Management we create a partnership where your success
is our success. We begin with
an in depth discussion to determine the goals of consultation and VRM’s available resources that make goal attainment
possible. We use a wide variety of resources that customize a program
flexible enough
to meet your specific needs.
Program viability depends not only on addressing the unique culture of
your practice, but on your commitment to creating positive
change.
“Quick
fixes” provide short term results that may evaporate after the
consultation period. VRM focuses on long term, sustainable results.
